COMENIUS PROJECT
Evolution of three European communities from the 60's till today

Our Comenius project is about the evolution of three European countries from the 60’s till today.
It presents the main political, economic, social and cultural aspects of Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.
In spite of the width of this subject, we have tried to present the most specific aspects of each country, in a way that may be used in a typical class situation.
We have also taken into consideration the different school systems in order to have a point of reflexion about a subject we are interested in.
Finally, our students have been involved in the project. They have prepared a questionnaire and interviewed some hundred people in order to investigate different aspects related with youth culture and behaviour.
The aim of that research is to compare and observe the evolution and the changes related to youth life  which occured in our countries in these  decades.
Students in The Netherlands have been involved in the complete project.
It was a pleasure for us to work together.
We think the present project may be an example of how teachers of different European countries are able to develop  a common research that can be used for didactic purposes by other teachers in Europe.
